Riyadh-based iStoria Secures USD1.33 Million Investment

•  iStoria, an edtech company based in Riyadh, successfully secured a USD 1.33 million investment, totaling SAR 5 million, as per the company’s official statement.

•  The funding round is led by prominent investors, including Nama Ventures, Classera, Flat6Labs, BIM Ventures, and other angel investors.

•  iStoria plans to utilize the capital infusion to enhance its English language learning platform, drive innovation, and expand its global reach. The app, boasting a user base exceeding one million learners worldwide, has earned an impressive 4.6 out of 5 rating on the App Store.

iStoria, a Riyadh-based edtech focused on English language education, successfully secured a USD 1.33 million investment, totaling SAR 5 million, according to a company statement.

The funding round was led by prominent investors, including Nama Ventures, Classera, Flat6Labs, BIM Ventures, and other angel investors.

The infusion of capital will be utilized by iStoria to enhance its English language learning platform, drive innovation, and expand its global reach. 

With a user base surpassing one million learners worldwide, the app has earned an impressive rating of 4.6 out of 5 on the App Store.

Launched in March 2022 by Abdullah Al Jaberi, iStoria has formed collaborations with notable partners such as Oxford, leveraging over a decade of experience in the field. Abdullah Al Jaberi, Founder and CEO of iStoria, said, “Through this funding, we will continue our mission to empower individuals to communicate effectively and boost their confidence in using the English language. Our growth and impact will primarily come from serving organizations and expanding our global presence.”
