Business Tec News: Flat6Labs Hosts Sixth Demo Day of Riyadh Seed Program
Flat6Labs today hosted the sixth Demo Day of the Riyadh Seed Program in Riyadh, marking a major milestone for early-stage startup development in Saudi Arabia. The program is funded by F6 Ventures, the Kingdom’s most active venture capital firm for the third consecutive year, in partnership with the Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC) and several key national ecosystem players, including Jada Fund of Funds and Wadi Riyadh.
The event crowns the success of the Riyadh Seed Program, supported by the National Program for the Development of the IT Sector, which has graduated six cohorts since its launch in 2023, reinforcing its role as a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia’s early-stage startup ecosystem.
Since inception, the program has supported the growth of more than 60 startups, deploying nearly $17 million in seed investments through the Seed Funding Fund, backed by SVC alongside anchor investors Jada and Wadi Riyadh. These efforts have helped attract approximately $38 million in follow-on and co-investments via F6 Ventures, while supporting over 130 founders and generating more than 440 jobs across the Kingdom.
Beyond capital, the program delivers a market-driven operating model focused on hands-on strategic mentorship, operational capacity building, and specialized training, in addition to networking and investor exposure, enabling founders to build scalable and investment-ready companies.
The sixth cohort showcases the diversity and depth of innovation in Saudi Arabia, spanning artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, fintech, healthtech, enterprise software, AI–IoT integration, smart mobility, and retail analytics. Participating startups include CoreTechX, Digital Petroleum, Bookahospi, Sanadk, Nero, MEDirect, and Rintel.
The closing day underscores the importance of institutional collaboration in building a globally competitive venture capital ecosystem, positioning Saudi Arabia as a regional hub for innovation and investment in line with Vision 2030.
